Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field; certification from the American Board of Industrial Hygiene is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Industrial Hygiene or a related field, ideally within manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with OSHA, NIOSH, ANSI, and ACGIH standards.
• Knowledge of ventilation systems and their applications in industrial settings.
• Strong communication skills for training employees and mentoring EHS professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, lead, and audit industrial hygiene programs and policies in the US.
• Conduct workplace monitoring and determine sampling strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage annual industrial hygiene surveys, including equipment management and report writing.
• Analyze and interpret sampling data results, comparing them to established exposure limits.
• Identify controls to mitigate exposure levels to harmful substances.
• Evaluate new materials for health risks and ensure necessary precautions are in place.
• Train and mentor site EHS engineers and factory employees on core industrial hygiene principles.
