Qualifications

• Significant engineering and operations research expertise required.
• Experience in process improvement, operational analysis, or system optimization beneficial.
• Knowledge of strategic deconfliction, traffic flow management, or related NAS operations is a must.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement actionable improvements.
• Strong communication skills for effective documentation and coordination with FAA stakeholders are crucial.
• Demonstrated collaboration abilities in a mission-driven environment are essential.
• Familiarity with operational logs and structured documentation practices is expected.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor all phases of TFMEP operations.
• Support and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Deliver strategic deconfliction plans to FAA personnel as directed.
• Document strategy implementation in critiques and logs.
• Integrate post-event analyses into capability enhancements.
• Establish, execute, and refine operational processes for TFMEP activities.
• Collaborate with FAA management and NAS stakeholders to support operations.
