RESPONSIBILITIES:- Leads and coordinates major company industrial engineering projects, new methods, plant layouts, new equipment installations, equipment capacity analysis/utilization, manpower planning, which includes construction and implementation of labor standards, ergonomic improvements, productivity improvement and standard labor cost construction.
- Applies a high degree of product knowledge and problem-solving skills to provide the company direction to improve efficiency and production capability to maximize profitability.
- Provides the plant operations groups with solutions on equipment layouts and plant capacities.
QUALIFICATIONS:Required
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical field.
- A minimum of 2 years of successful Industrial Engineer experience.
- A pattern of initiative.
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- An understanding of the DMAIC process and ability to use these skills for continuous improvement.

The base pay range for this position $70,900 to $99,300 per year; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills set, level of experience, and specific office location.
