Full Job Description
What You'll Do

Be a part of an internal consulting team with high visibility to Applied Global Services executive leadership. Lead strategic projects to streamline business processes, influence business strategy, drive growth, improve operations, reduce costs, and drive business excellence. Own the complete project life cycle, from as-is analysis, opportunity identification and quantification, development of improvement streams and solutions, stakeholder buy-in, and implementation.

High impact role requiring relentless change management drive, rewarded with material impact to business unit performance. Opportunity to impact a $6B business while working across all business functions & leaders, thousands of engineers and business professionals, complex global logistics network, and a wide range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structure and break down complex business problems, develop hypotheses, drive analysis and deliver recommendations in a data-driven manner
  • Lead thoughtful and rigorous analysis across large data sets and synthesize insights and opportunities
  • Develop and present high-quality recommendation and deliverables for executive level consumption and contribute to associated strategy and execution discussions
  • Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders to gather the right information, pressure test hypotheses, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution and unlock value
  • Optimize operations and business processes that deliver measurable gains in business performance, cycle time reduction, and cost savings


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
  • 4-7 years relevant work experience, preferably in the Semiconductor industry or consulting
  • Strong analytical skills - able to extract real insight from multiple data sources; expert level knowledge of Excel and Tableau or PowerBI
  • Proven experience working across cross-functional business teams, including Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance; prior management consulting or internal consulting experience preferred
  • Able to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence others
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, able to connect the dots and communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Broad understanding and experience including service business management, product development and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
