Full Job Description
Role Overview

The Industrial Engineer will partner with leadership in the design, development, and testing of integrated systems and plant layout to enhance production operations. This role is responsible for assessing the processes surrounding quality control, logistics, and other factors in the coordination of production.

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate manufacturing, delivery, customer experience, or other systems and identify ways to improve productivity and quality.
  • Collect data on processes and production through observation of work activities, time studies, and staff surveys.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Design processes, systems, or enhancements to maximize productivity, efficiency or manufacturing space.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement recommendations for improving productivity or performance.
  • Partner with leadership in the sourcing of additional manufacturing locations, and the design of the manufacturing layout.
