As we continue to scale our global platform, the Industrial Engineer will play a critical role in contributing to business growth, elevating fan experiences, and delivering measurable impact. This role will help strengthen the fan connection, support business performance, and contribute to how we serve hundreds of millions of fans worldwide.

LOCATION: Waxahachie, Texas (on-site)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineer to join our Waxahachie Distribution Center. In this role, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency across our distribution center. You will leverage your problem-solving skills to analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop innovative solutions that improve productivity. Your strong analytical skills and deep understanding of engineering principles will enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor their impact. The Industrial Engineer will also play a role in ensuring that our operations meet regulatory and safety standards. Furthermore, you will act as a coach to operational leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process Optimization: Lead efforts to develop best practices and optimize processes across the building. Focus on increasing productivity, streamlining workflows, and reducing waste while improving quality and speed for the customer.
• Collaboration with Operations Leadership: Work closely with operations leadership to understand unique challenges and opportunities. Build strong partnerships to ensure alignment on improvement initiatives, share best practices, and drive consistency in results.
• Lean and Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive the application of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Problem-solving. Be an expert in the building processes and WMS to support problem solving and root cause identification and resolution.
• Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to monitor process performance. Develop and track KPIs and generate insights to guide decision-making for improvements.
• Technology and Automation Integration: Evaluate and implement new technologies, automation solutions, and process improvements that can be standardized and scaled across the facilities to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual processes, and improve product quality.
• Workforce Planning and Training: Involved in workforce planning activities, including determining staffing levels, job design, and skill requirements. Partner with Learning and Development on training programs to ensure that warehouse and manufacturing personnel are proficient in their roles and capable of utilizing technologies effectively.
• Documentation and Reporting: Develop and standardize process documentation, SOPs, and best practice guides. Provide regular status updates and performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting KPI's, key achievements and areas for further improvement.

REQUIRMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years experience in process engineering (internships or co-ops included)
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools to monitor performance and drive process improvements
• Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Self-starter who is intrinsically motivated and ready to learn

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) or equivalent
• Familiarity with ERP and manufacturing software systems (Manhattan preferred)
• AutoCAD proficiency
