Full Job Description
Job Summary:

Lead, manage and organize the department to drive growth, deliver exceptional service quality, and enhance overall profitability. Qualified to perform the full scope of industrial electronics technician responsibilities, with a strong focus on both in-service center operations and field service support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate incoming internal and external inquiries and determine required actions and resources.
  • Prepare quotations, data packages, and maintain accurate records of job status, approvals, and parts.
  • Provide technical support, on-the-job training, and recommend equipment and external training for department staff.
  • Ensure all completed work meets ISO 9001 and client/company quality standards.
  • Address customer issues promptly to maintain strong satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist with purchase orders, supplier coordination, and follow-up on open quotes.
  • Coordinate equipment pick-up and delivery with customers and logistics teams.
  • Promote effective communication between sales, production, and other departments to support smooth project execution.
  • Support company marketing efforts and represent the organization at industry events and trade associations.
  • Enforce safety procedures, proper use of protective gear, and adherence to company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the upper managenent

The salary range is $80,000 - $130,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data. The base salary is just one component of Ainsworth's total compensation package, which also includes additional rewards and benefits such as short-term incentives and health insurance, among others.
