About The Role

Are you a skilled Journeyperson Industrial Electrician or Instrumentation Technician looking to join a team where your expertise is valued and your career can grow?

This is a fly in / fly out role with flights provided from either Edmonton or Calgary with flight allowances based on the province located.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will lead and assist with critical systems operations, ensuring our projects remain at peak performance:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical and instrumentation systems in accordance with project specifications and design drawings
  • Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
  • Read and accurately interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and P&IDs
  • Perform point-to-point checks, loop checks, and insulation resistance (Megger) testing
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to all company and client safety protocols and provincial/federal regulations
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with the crew and the client
What You Bring
  • Red Seal Journeyman Electrician or Instrumentation Technician certification (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
  • Deep understanding of Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and relevant industry standards
  • Strong electrical and hydraulic diagnostic skills
  • Must be ok with working night shifts (if applicable to project)
  • Driver's license and clean driver's abstract
  • Valid safety tickets: H2S Alive, CSTS/OSSA or BSO/CSO, Fall Protection, and Confined Space Entry
  • Great attitude towards health and safety
  • Strong and independent work ethic
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Must successfully complete a site pre-access drug and alcohol test
  • Must be willing to complete a criminal background check
