Join Siemens Energy as an Industrial Cybersecurity Expert (ICSE) and play a pivotal role in delivering secure and resilient industrial solutions. You will leverage your hands-on experience with Siemens PCS7 and TIA Portal to ensure cybersecurity is seamlessly integrated into our projects. Collaborate closely with the broader Industrial Cybersecurity Organization and contribute to advancing our cybersecurity strategy. Your expertise will guide project teams in executing ICS-related activities while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Administer and support AWS (Amazon Web Services) Gov Cloud compliant with NIST 800-171 SP2 for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
  • Act as a Data Steward for CUI data transfer and support user account management in AWS.
  • Provide PSS (Product and Solution Security) Classification and create technical specifications during project proposal phases.
  • Guide project teams in executing ICS activities and ensure security requirements are met.
  • Liaise with project execution teams and customers on security topics, ensuring clear communication of Siemens Energy's security stance.
  • Evaluate security requirements and initiate necessary measures for compliance and fulfillment.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation & Controls, or Computer Sciences with a minor in Cyber Security.
  • Expertise in NIST 800-171 SP2 and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) with a successful audit history.
  • Proven experience with AWS Gov Cloud environments and designing secure control networks in industrial or marine settings.
  • Knowledge of IEC62443 standards and Siemens industrial process control software (PCS7, TIA Portal).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to changing regulations, and excellent communication abilities in English.
  • Willing to travel internationally at least 5% of the time and 15% domestically.
