Requisition Number:S&ME is seeking a motivated and results-driven Practice Leader to help us expand into and lead our growth in the Industrial & Data Centers market across the organization.
As the Industrial & Data Centers Practice Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping S&ME's presence in a high-demand, rapidly evolving market by driving new revenue, building client partnerships, and developing high-performing teams.If you're passionate about leading teams, driving growth, and influencing strategy, we invite you to join our team. What You Will Do:Drive Growth and Market Expansion- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Industrial/Data Centers market that aligns with company initiatives and goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Build Relationships that Matter- Establish and grow key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels
- Leverage your network and industry presence to position S&ME as a trusted partner for each of our service lines
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that lead to repeat business and long-term partnerships
Lead, Build, and Inspire Teams- Partner with internal leaders to build the team, capabilities, and resources needed to scale
- Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
Deliver Excellence- Ensure projects are executed with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction
- Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement to keep S&ME at the forefront
What You Bring:- Proven success driving revenue growth within Industrial, Data Centers, or similar markets
- Strong industry network and client relationships
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles
- You have a proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients within the Industrial and Data Center market
- Relevant professional licensure (PE/PG or equivalent)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus, not a requirement
