Job Title: Indirect Sourcing ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Indirect Sourcing Manager to develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end sourcing activities to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFPs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Partner with internal stakeholders in Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies and contracting processes.
- Support the Global Category Managers in the development, implementation, and adoption of a clear category strategy in the region.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes aligned with the wider Indirect Procurement Team.
- Drive supplier performance management, including KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Monitor market trends and risks to proactively adjust sourcing strategies.
- Support adoption of digital procurement tools and systems as part of the wider procurement strategy.
Essential Skills- Expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier negotiation.
- Proficiency in procurement systems such as SAP, Coupa, and Ariba.
- Strong cost-saving and supply chain management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, focusing on indirect categories.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- MBA or relevant certification preferred.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
