Intralox L.L.C., the world leader in conveyor equipment solutions utilizing modular plastic conveyor belts, has a position available for a Sourcing Specialist at our Hanover,MD location.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Support procurement activities for replacement spares, including RFQs, missing parts requests, Pre-Go Live requirements, drop-ship orders, and other critical customer needs.
  • Lead and support sourcing, inventory, forecasting, and commercialization activities associated with new spare part and tool offerings.
  • Provide functional support and backup coverage for Engineer-to-Order (ETO) procurement activities during periods of peak demand or resource constraints.
  • Manage supplier capacity planning and risk mitigation efforts to ensure alignment between supplier capabilities and business demand.
  • Serve as a key Supply Chain representative for analytics and workflow platforms, including Palantir Foundry, driving adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical solutions that improve visibility, decision-making, and operational performance.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve material management and supply chain process challenges while establishing scalable long-term solutions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Scheduling, and Supply Chain teams to support forecasting, material availability, supplier development, and successful project execution.
  • Drive measurable improvements in cost, supplier performance, inventory effectiveness, and operational efficiency through strategic sourcing, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing operations, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, forecasting models, and self-service reporting solutions to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvements and cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans.

Salary Range: $60,100 to $151,300
