Job Overview

Ready to lead enterprise-wide sourcing strategies that support manufacturing operations? Marvin is hiring a Purchasing Manager to oversee indirect procurement and sourcing activities across the enterprise. In this role, you'll develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, and help ensure cost, quality, and supply continuity across Marvin manufacturing locations. You'll also provide leadership to a team of indirect purchasing professionals while driving alignment with enterprise objectives.

You'll excel if you bring a strong blend of strategic sourcing expertise, supplier relationship management, and people leadership experience. Success in this role comes from balancing long-term planning with operational execution, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and advancing continuous improvement across procurement processes. This position requires the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
