Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Indigenous Community and Business engagement.
• Established contacts with Indigenous Communities and relevant government ministries.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills, with refined presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and priority-setting capability.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a satisfactory 5-year driving record.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Indigenous business development strategies for projects.
• Collaborate to create employment and skills development programs.
• Initiate and lead internal and external Indigenous awareness campaigns.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and industry clients.
• Tailor marketing materials and presentations for specific clients.
• Manage and participate in events to promote Civeo's initiatives.
• Maintain community, project-specific financial, and employment information.
• Stay updated with industry trends to identify new opportunities.
