Incision Care Specialist - Houston

Incision Care Specialist - Houston, TX

Field-Based | Incision Care Division

This territory consists of a strong existing customer base and significant untapped opportunity across major hospital systems. If you're hungry to build something, thrive in clinical environments, and want to grow your career in medical device sales, this is the role to do it.

What You'll Do
  • Grow the NPWT incision care business through strategic outreach, targeted physician engagement, and high-impact clinical selling within OR settings.
  • Identify and win new accounts through thoughtful "precision-style" cold outreach - connecting with surgeons, OR leaders, and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Maintain and support existing customers across a multi-site hospital system: in-services, product education, troubleshooting, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Deliver product expertise by educating clinicians on features, clinical benefits, and economic advantages.
  • Partner with distributors to drive market penetration and customer service excellence.
  • Analyze territory performance, document activity, prepare reports, manage customer records, and ensure exceptional service across all touchpoints.

Who Thrives Here

This role is designed for someone who is:
  • Self-driven & entrepreneurial: You have a "hunter" mentality and enjoy building something - not just maintaining it.
  • Able to both sell AND serve: You enjoy balancing new business development with hands-on clinical education and support.
  • Business-minded: You can articulate how you've introduced or grown a product - not just managed an existing book of business.

Compensation & Benefits:

Offers of employment consider various factors, including experience, education, location, and role-specific requirements.

Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life harmony.
  • Medical, dental and vision plans are available from your first day of employment and provide extensive coverage through multiple options so you can find the right fit for you and your family.
  • Financial benefits include a robust 401(k) plan with company match, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, life insurance and both flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts.
  • Molnlycke offers generous paid time off, paid parental leave, an Employee Assistance Program and lifestyle perks like discounted access to entertainment and travel.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Clinical field, or similar.
  • Experience in hospital-based sales OR clinical experience (OR, PT, wound care, surgical nursing) with a desire to transition into sales.
  • Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage a large territory, prioritize strategically, and travel up to 65%.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet credentialing requirements.
  • Frequent regional travel, with some overnight stays.
