Full Job Description
Celestar Corporation has an IMMEDIATE NEED to identify an Incident & Awareness Assessment (IAA) Course Instructor- Mid Level who will be seated in Arlington, VA, supporting the National Guard Bureau J2. If interested and qualified, we welcome you to apply for this challenging opportunity.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: TS/SCI

Duties:
  • Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
  • Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
  • Conduct a maximum of 10 IAA mobile training sessions (MTT) within the "54".
  • Update current Program of Instruction (POI) materials, course checklist, course schedule, class roster and coordinate with host units to reserve training facilities ensuring these facilities have adequate classroom space, audio and visual support, and other logistical considerations required to execute the course.
  • Submit POI and all course materials to the Government for review and approval.
  • Coordinate guest instructors to cover additional sections of the course to include interagency partners and other agencies.
  • Review the course critiques provided by the students and provide a summary report on the class results and critique responses to the NGB J237 Branch Chief 10 business after completion of the course.
  • Provide recommendations for updates to the JIT IAA Course POI materials to ensure the training is current and relevant to all laws, regulations, operating tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Monitor and recommend change requirements based on the feedback received on Shared Situational Awareness applications
  • Assist in processing new Domestic Operations Awareness and Assessment Response Tool (DAART) account requests for NGB and the interagency. Must ensure new account users signed the Authorized User Agreement and completed cyber training and intelligence oversight, either prescribed by their service or the DAART cyber and IO briefing.
  • Deliver reporting in print, digitally or verbally as requested by NGB J25 Division leadership based on the current needs of the organization and coordinate with counterparts in other Joint Directorates (such as J3, J5, and J8) and NGB senior leaders to support governance meetings such as, but not limited to DMAGs, JROCs, TANKs, and their sub-meetings.
  • Must be willing/able to travel to include deployments

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience with at least a portion performing relevant duties in the past 2 years
  • Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate
