Inbound Sales Representative - Tax Relief Irvine, CA | Full-Time | In-OfficeIn this role, you'll speak with individuals who are actively seeking help with IRS and tax debt issues. There is no cold calling-every lead is inbound and looking for assistance. Your job is to understand each client's situation, provide the right solution, and confidently guide them toward resolution.

What You'll Do- Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief assistance
- Build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients
- Assess each client's situation and identify solutions
- Overcome objections and guide conversations toward a close
- Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline activity
- Work in a high-volume, performance-driven sales environment
- Deliver a positive client experience while achieving sales goals
Compensation & Benefits 15% commission on closed deals
Average Monthly Earnings: $7,000-$13,000
Top Performers: $15,000-$24,000+ per month

Qualifications- Minimum 6-12 months of phone-based sales experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
- Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
