Overview

We're looking for an in house Legal Counsel based in Miami to support our brands as we scale across multiple jurisdictions. You'll work closely with product, compliance and executive teams, advising on regulatory matters and handling customer disputes as they arise. This is a hands on role in a fast paced environment, where you'll need to balance legal risk with the pace of the business.
Responsibilities
  • Advise on gaming regulatory compliance across the jurisdictions we operate in, keeping on top of licensing requirements and regulatory change
  • Manage customer litigation and disputes, including demand letters, complaints and claims, working with outside counsel where needed
  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including with game suppliers, affiliates and platform partners
  • Advise product and marketing teams on regulatory requirements for promotions, campaigns and customer facing communications
  • Support responses to regulator inquiries and investigations
  • Track regulatory developments across our markets and flag emerging risk to leadership
  • Partner with compliance on AML, KYC and responsible gambling obligations
  • Manage relationships with outside counsel and control legal spend on specialist or high stakes matters
Candidate Profile
  • JD or equivalent law degree, admitted to practice
  • Several years of experience in iGaming law, either in house or at a firm serving gaming clients
  • Solid grounding in gaming regulation and licensing frameworks
  • Direct experience handling customer litigation or disputes in a regulated consumer business
  • Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory regimes
  • Strong commercial instincts, able to balance legal risk against business speed
  • Clear communicator who can advise both junior and senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, AI driven company without the safety net of legacy process
