Full Job Description
We are looking to hire a full time In Home Sales Representative for our Green Bay / Appleton, WI location. Absolutely no cold-calling, leads provided to you daily by our in-house team. Commissions are paid within days, not weeks or months. Be a part of a high functioning sales operation with a wonderful work environment and excellent compensation plan.
Potential to make over $200,000 per year!
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Ideally some sort of sales (HVAC, Plumbing, Window, roofs, bathroom, home improvement experience.) is preferred.
- 2 yrs Sales experience is required.
- Is a dependable self-starter
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Possesses leadership qualities and enjoys working with a team
- Wants to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives
- Is available to work rotating nights/weekends
Requirements
- Home Improvement sales experience is preferred
- Highly organized and motivated
- Be able to withstand heat conditions, climb ladders and/or go into attics (if applicable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well on a team
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must have valid drivers license and be able to pass pre-employment background check
