You'll meet homeowners who already need help and guide them toward the right HVAC solution.
What You'll Do- Meet with homeowners across theTuscon (pre-set appointments)
- Build trust quickly and identify customer needs
- Present and sell HVAC systems and solutions
- Explain financing options and close the deal
- Complete accurate job documentation for installation teams
Compensation & Benefits- $125,000 - $350,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)

What We're Looking For- Proven B2C sales experience (in-home sales preferred)
- Strong closing ability in a short sales cycle
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
Schedule- 5 days per week with rotating weekends
- Evening/weekend availability based on customer demand
- On-call as needed
