This is a
full-time, outside sales position where you will meet with
pre-qualified homeowners and present customized bath remodeling solutions.
We provide the leads-you focus on closing sales. Our proven system is designed to set you up for success, allowing you to concentrate on delivering a professional sales presentation and helping customers transform their homes.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver our proprietary in-home sales presentation using an iPad
- Design customized bath solutions using company software
- Provide pricing and close sales during appointments
- Attend weekly sales training and team meetings
- Follow a proven sales process to maximize performance
What We're Looking For- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Confident presentation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing and professional demeanor
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits (California Compliant)- Expected annual earnings: $90,000 - $150,000
