Using our proven sales process and innovative design technology, you'll guide homeowners through the renovation journey while building a rewarding six-figure career.Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Present our proprietary sales presentation using company technology
- Design customized bath remodeling solutions
- Deliver pricing and close sales opportunities
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
What We're Looking For- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Home improvement or remodeling industry experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and local market knowledge
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
