This is not a cold-calling job. We provide qualified appointments with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services. Your role is to build rapport, identify their needs, provide customized solutions, and close the sale.

What You'll Do- Meet with homeowners during pre-scheduled, company-provided appointments
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations
- Understand customer needs, goals, and budgets
- Design customized bath remodeling solutions
- Educate homeowners on products, materials, and financing options
- Build trust and create an exceptional customer experience
- Follow a proven sales process to close deals
- Maintain accurate customer records using company technology and CRM tools
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs
What We're Looking For- Proven sales experience required
- Home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, windows, siding, solar, or in-home sales experience is a major plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Competitive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to appointments
- Technology and CRM proficiency
CompensationThis is a commission-only position designed for sales professionals who want to control their income.
