In-Home Sales Closers to sell our bath remodeling products directly to homeowners. This is a
strictly closing role built for sales professionals who thrive on face-to-face presentations and closing deals.
This is not cold calling. This is not lead generation.
Your responsibility is simple:
close pre-set appointments.
Compensation & Incentives- Commission-based position with uncapped earning potential
- First-year earnings of $100,000-$150,000 are common for successful reps
- Strong commission structure that rewards performance and consistency
- Two weeks of paid training at $800 per week to set you up for success
- Gas allowance provided for the first three months of employment
- No cap on commissions, no territory limitations, no income ceiling
- Consistent appointment volume provided weekly
What You Will Do- Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments
- Deliver professional presentations for roofing and bath remodeling projects
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Confidently overcome objections and close deals in the home
- Complete contracts, pricing, and required documentation accurately
- Maintain a high level of professionalism as the face of the company
What You Will Not Do- No cold calling
- No door knocking
- No prospecting
- All appointments are pre-set by our Contact Center
