About the RoleWe're seeking a compassionate, data-driven BCBA to lead high-quality, center-based ABA services. You'll design and oversee treatment, mentor therapists, and partner closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to drive meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Oversee center-based ABA programming; ensure fidelity and clinical excellence.
- Supervise, train, and provide ongoing performance feedback to RBTs/BTs.
- Monitor progress using data-based decision making; adjust programs as needed.
- Provide caregiver training and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain timely documentation (plans, notes, reports) that meets payer and ethical standards.
- Uphold BACB Ethics Code and all applicable state regulations and policies.
Qualifications- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Texas LBA (or eligibility to obtain) preferred/required per state guidelines.
- 1+ year of center-based experience preferred (supervision experience a plus).
- Strong skills in assessment, program design, data analysis, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
