- Monitor evolving trade regulations and implement process improvements to maintain compliance while supporting efficient global trade operations.
- Partner cross-functionally with freight forwarders, customs brokers, legal counsel, manufacturing, site leadership, and commercial teams to resolve trade compliance issues and support customs operations.
- Support CTPAT, freight security, and broader supply chain compliance initiatives while contributing to continuous improvement and regulatory excellence.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen operational performance, simplify processes, and promote a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and collaborate with team members while fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment that supports professional growth and business success.
- Champion sustainability, responsible business practices, and customer-focused decision-making to positively impact the business and the communities it serves.
About you: - Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of experience in international trade, import/export compliance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with import/export compliance, customs classifications, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, document audits, database management, and compliance reporting.
- Strong technical writing, document control, and standards management experience with the ability to make sound compliance decisions supported by data and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), along with strong interpersonal skills and a self-driven, adaptable approach.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems, GMP requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with exceptional attention to detail.
- Hazmat Certification (IATA and IMDG preferred) and the ability to work onsite four days per week.

The salary range for this position is:
$98,250.00 - $141,916.00
