Summary of the role:
The Principal Implementation Specialist leads complex implementation projects and strategic workstreams. The role provides technical and delivery leadership, mentors project teams and supports business growth through feasibility assessments, implementation sizing and pre-sales activities. The position operates with significant autonomy and regularly engages senior management stakeholders.
In this role you'll:
- Lead complex implementations and strategic workstreams.
- Drive delivery strategy, execution planning, governance and escalation management.
- Support feasibility studies, assessments and implementation sizing activities.
- Support pre-sales and customer proposal activities with delivery expertise.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong experience leading complex implementation projects or major workstreams.
- Advanced communication, reporting and senior stakeholder influence.
- Strong business and product knowledge plus strong IT background.
- Ability to support feasibility, sizing, pre-sales and delivery approach decisions.
- Demonstrated mentoring, coaching and organisational improvement contribution.
