Full Job Description
CVS Business Unit: Signify Health
Location / Logistics: Remote position in US with some travel required

Overview:
In this role you will serve as a vital member of Signify Health team working with our Clients, Client Success, Client Operations, and cross-functional teams to drive implementations for the Signify Health in-home visit program. Client implementation projects will be assigned at a time from contract discussions through first in-home visit.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate client conversations to determine program settings, organizing internal stakeholders to complete supporting work and measuring success of the implementation. Clearly document client requirements.
  • Drive all aspects of client setup - data ingestion, member journey, credentialing, billing / claims, reporting, screening setup - by working with cross functional teams who own these processes.
  • In partnership with Client Teams, have critical conversations with clients about timing and expectations for problem resolution and what requests we are not able to meet related to implementations.
  • Track and drive implementation task and deadline management in partnership with the client, client team, and internal cross functional teams.
  • Prioritize client issues with resource allocation and available products and programs to maximize business success balanced with client and member satisfaction.
  • Builds and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of efforts and coordination to drive outcomes and effective client communication.
  • Partner with senior account management leaders and enterprise client leadership to maintain visibility for client priorities.
  • Understand and clearly document client requirements for program success
  • Oversee client meeting documentation: data entry, meeting minutes, action items in support of Client Success Executives
  • Forecast and communicate updates and escalations with internal stakeholders in support of client programs
  • Submit and track tickets for client requests directly related to the success of the program
  • Communicate complex concepts to clients through strong data presentation skills, clear speaking and writing.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, operations management or related field. An equivalent combination of experience and training may be considered instead of a formal degree.
  • 3+ years client facing experience
  • Ability to clearly articulate via verbal and written communication
  • 2+ years' experience managing tight timelines, deliverable schedules and a diverse set of internal stakeholders to meet expectations even without explicit control of all inputs needed
  • Proven track record of being able to lead projects to successful completion with a minimum of direct supervision - demonstrating an ability to self start and make independent decisions
  • 1+ years experience motivating across teams to achieve a goal - demonstrated ability to build and mentor colleagues to develop skill sets needed to achieve goals
  • Strong client communication skills - demonstrated experience delivering bad news to a client while maintaining a strong working relationship
  • Demonstrated ability to learn details quickly in order to coach others or solve complex problems
  • 1+ years experience tying operational solution to client or process problems.
  • Ability to travel 3-4 days up to 6 times a year
  • Demonstrated experience being primary facilitator and presenter to clients and matrixed team several times a week over a sustained period of 2+ years.
  • Proven track record of reviewing and organizing data in Excel
  • Experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides


Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certified
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial plan structures - how plans are paid for Member coverage
  • Highly motivated to go above and beyond basic role requirements in order to delight clients
  • 1+ years experience with healthcare risk and quality standards
  • Understanding SQL data structure and queries
  • Use of AI agents to find answers in data
  • Understanding of STARs, CAHPs, and HEDIS
  • 1+ years demonstrated knowledge expert on client data use in Signify programs
  • 1+ years documented knowledge expert on Member Journey materials in Signify programs

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
