THE KEY BITS

  • Location: We can currently only accept applications from candidates that are located in Massachusetts and have long-term working rights in the US.
  • Flexibility: We have office hubs in London and Boston, as well as no-office hubs in several European countries. We operate a choice-first work approach that lets you work fully remotely from Day One even if you're near an office hub.
  • Salary: We benchmarked ca. $110,000-$120,000 + 20% bonus + equity at IC3 level in our
    Progression framework for someone based in the UK.
  • Interviews: 3 stages totalling around 3 hours over 2-3 weeks.
  • Start date: As soon as you can start.
  • Reporting to: Sharen Gill, Director of Implementation
    → Sharen will be on maternity leave from mid-July. During this period, you'll report directly to Josephine Hanschke, Head of Customer Success.

Bonus points if:
  • You've worked in a fast-growing AI or SaaS startup.
  • You've worked with Salesforce, Greenhouse, HubSpot, Workday or an API.


This job likely isn't for you if:
  • Presenting live kick-off, training sessions and webinars solo feels daunting - you'd rather stay behind the scenes than guide customers in real-time.
  • Running 25-plus parallel onboardings sounds overwhelming - you prefer deep focus on a single account at a time.
  • Figuring out new software, integrations and troubleshooting workflows isn't your thing - you'd rather avoid the hands-on tehcnical work this role demands.
