You will enable Coffeehouse Excellence to deliver exceptional customer experience across every channel, empowering partners with the tools, training and support they need to succeed. This is an incredible opportunity for a partner to work directly with coffeehouse excellence, product and brand, global supply chain, Starbucks technology, and/or other cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of our Back to Starbucks initiatives.

We'd love to hear from people with:- Starbucks district manager experience (3 years) or 6 years of progressively responsible and equivalent experience including 3 years of retail operations multi-unit management and 3 years of implementation and/or project management in a retail or restaurant environment
- Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
- Strong knowledge of retail coffeehouse operations, processes and procedures
- Ability to apply systems-thinking and an understanding of how cross-functional dependencies influence downstream results
- Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships
- Ability to operate and influence across all levels of the organization
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and decision making
- Ability to manage large or highly-complex projects
- Ability to assess the impact of change and develop processes to ensure effective implementation and user acceptance of new processes, products, procedures or methods

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
