We are hiring in our Solution Design and Delivery team. The areas of specialty include:
Performance Measurement (return calculations, attribution analysis, GIPS composite management, benchmark governance),
Reference Data Management (multi-source composition, complex instruments, pricing/valuation) and
Accounting (portfolio accounting, fund accounting/NAV oversight)
Data Integration (multiple service providers, source systems and diverse asset classes.)

Solid understanding of how the organization can implement technology to meet a client's needs. Interprets and defines complex business problems in order to design technical solutions. Maintains solid understanding of implementation methodology. Contributes to moderate-sized high quality projects. Communicates risks, issues, and status of resolution to management. Mentors more junior level resources, prioritizes multiple responsibilities and manages tight deadlines. Recognizes barriers and resolves issues with minimal assistance.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Candidate should have good client management and business development skills. Proficient in project management methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience expected. Demonstrated track record of contributing successfully to the delivery of small, high quality projects. Proven track records of business analysis & subject matter expertise, client relationship management, project leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
