Implementation Consultant
Job Description The CITI Implementation Consultant is responsible for the testing, configuration, and training required to migrate and convert data from legacy healthcare EMR systems into CITI's Data Archive Solution. The Implementation Consultant is a key member of the delivery team and works closely with the client project delivery team to ensure all requirements are met.
Role and Responsibilities Troubleshooting - Uses critical thinking skills to Identify problems and proactively intervene to mitigate negative impacts to projects.
- Support and Lead client validation efforts
- High attention to detail to ensure work output produced is free of defects.
- Report and assist in resolving issues or problems.
- Document and maintain validation issue log
Communication - Understands the importance of effective internal and external communications to ensure project success.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Provides project status updates to key stakeholders
- Document all Issues and requirements for a project to ensure accurate delivery to client
- Provide regular updates to CITI Project Manager and client Project team
Organization and Time Management - Handle multiple projects and tasks and be able to prioritize work ensure timely delivery of work product.
- Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently or on a team
- Must be able to clearly communicate issues and delays to the Project Manager and Team Lead.
- Knows when to seek assistance to ensure deadlines are met and quality is delivered.
Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in a implementation consultant role or similar support role for an EMR System
Preferred Skills: - Experience using or supporting an EMR system, such as:
- Allscripts, Cerner, Meditech, eCW and Nextgen, Athena, GE.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiar with SQL Server T-SQL knowledge
- Familiar with Azure Cloud Hosting Services
