Job Description:OverviewWhat are we looking for?We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility, multi-year integration program. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program execution, governance, and delivery across a highly cross-matrixed environment. The ideal candidate brings exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-alignment skills, paired with deep experience guiding large-scale, complex programs through ambiguity to successful outcomes.

What will be your key responsibilities?Program Leadership - Ensure alignment of IMO Tech Blueprint program outcomes with business objectives, priorities, and organizational strategy.
- Drive delivery consistency, accountability, and alignment to overall program objectives and timelines
Execution & Delivery Management- Set up and operate the program governance model and forums to provide clear visibility across execution, strategic alignment, RAID management, dependencies, demand management, roadmap progress, and decision-making.
- Establish roadmap refresh cycles, reporting routines, and integrated controls to support alignment across Tech, Data, Global Functions, and Regional workstreams.
- Drive end-to-end execution across IMO Tech Blueprint workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, and quality targets
- Implement standardized ways of working, reporting, and controls to ensure clarity of roles, priorities, and deliverables
- Maintain visibility and momentum through data-driven insights, proactive mitigation planning and timely escalation where needed
Communication & Reporting- Develop and own program dashboards and executive-level reporting on scope, milestones, KPIs, risks, and decision needs.
- Maintain cadence of updates to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across IT and Integration leadership.
- Build strong partnerships and foster alignment across teams with differing priorities, timelines, and constraints.
Financial Management- Partner with Finance and IMO Tech Blueprint Value Creation Office to define, track, and deliver technology synergies (cost savings, contra-benefits, efficiency gains).
- Manage and support program budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking cycles
Continuous Improvement & Leadership- Drive continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, governance models and organizational maturity
- Champion program and project management best practices, standardized processes, and operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Measures of SuccessDefine how performance and success in this role will be measured (3-5 outcome-based measures)
What does success look like?- Integrated program roadmap is maintained and executed with adherence to critical program milestones and clear visibility to scope, sequencing, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Program governance forums, RAID management, escalation paths, and decision processes operate consistently, enabling timely resolution of priority risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions
- Dashboards and leadership reporting provide accurate, timely, action-oriented insight into program health, milestones, KPIs, risks, financials, and decisions required.
- Budget, forecast, actuals, and value tracking processes are in place with strong accuracy, timely review cycles, and clear accountability for variances and corrective actions.
- Standardized governance, PMXi/playbook practices, resource management, vendor/staff augmentation, and delivery readiness processes are adopted across functions and regions to improve execution maturity and audit readiness.

Education & Professional Requirements- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in enterprise, global, or highly matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated success managing complex integration initiatives (technology, systems, operational, or organizational).
- Strong command of program and portfolio management methodologies.
- Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
- Proven ability to drive execution and decision-making in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 134,400.00 - USD 184,800.00
