Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services like Lambda, S3, and SQL Databases.
• Preferred knowledge of FHIR APIs, HL7, and healthcare interoperability.
• Familiar with Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, and DevOps practices.
• Strong SQL/database skills.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud, Service Cloud) are preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows.
• Configure and customize Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Build API integrations between Salesforce, AWS, and enterprise applications.
• Develop Agentforce-powered automations and Data Cloud integrations.
• Support healthcare interoperability using FHIR APIs and HL7.
• Participate in unit, integration, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
