Position SummaryThe Manager of Imaging Services is responsible for the coordination of the overall operations of the assigned Medical Imaging to include the provision of resources and an environment that facilitates optimal, cost efficient patient care delivery. This position defines and monitors the standards of patient care and Medical Imaging practice, ensures availability and appropriate utilization of needed human and material resources, supports collaboration between Medical Imaging, nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes. This position requires organization and interpretation of information relating to a wide variety of policies, procedures, and programs. This position requires extensive internal and external contacts. Internal contacts are with all levels of staff and management. External contacts include physicians, physician office staff, outside health care providers and organizations, vendors, and management from other health care facilities and agencies. Because this position is site or modalities specific responsibility for the service is generally 24/7.
Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in related field, graduation from an accredited school in an imaging modality; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Master's degree preferred
- Registry or registry eligible for ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB and current Washington State Certification if applicable
- Five years progressively responsible work experience. that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities
- Three years in a supervisory or management capacity

Pay and Benefit ExpectationsWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $111,987.20 - $161,158.40 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
