Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and system specifications.
- Map business needs to system capabilities, recommending effective and scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document system requirements.
- Configure system settings and options to align with business objectives.
- Design workflows, charts, and diagrams to visualize and optimize system processes.
- Plan, execute, and document unit, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure system reliability and quality.
- Identify and address test scenarios, develop and execute test scripts, and compile detailed quality assurance reports.
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems and applications to resolve complex issues in production environments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to diagnose and solve technical and operational challenges.
- Serve as a technical lead for specific subsystems or small features, managing small to medium-sized projects with efficiency.
- Continuously assess and refine current business procedures, identifying opportunities for systemic and procedural improvements.
- Apply extensive expertise in the software development lifecycle, data analysis, and database management to deliver optimal project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or BS degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience per business requirements.
- At least 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 4 years with a Master's degree, or 2 years with a PhD in a related field.
- Proven experience with the software development lifecycle, including system design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Proficiency in executing and documenting software test cases and results.
- Snowflake/HANA or any SQL knowledge
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience solving complex production system issues.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing projects of small to medium size and complexity.
- Ability to anticipate and address complex issues through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design creative, scalable solutions to meet business needs.

- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, data management, and database design.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $124,110.00-206,510.00 USD
