Full Job Description
AFS is seeking an IE China Media Analyst to provide specialized analysis of PRC media ecosystems, propaganda mechanisms, narrative development, and information flow across the theater. The Work: - Continuously monitor Chinese state and affiliate media outlets. - Conduct deep-dive narrative analysis focused on PRC messaging, propaganda themes, and influence campaigns. - Track emerging information trends across the Indo-Pacific AOI. - Identify indicators of coordinated influence activities and messaging shifts. - Produce high-quality written intelligence products and contribute to command briefings. Here's what you need: - Minimum 4 years experience in Chinese media systems, strategic communication, or regional geopolitics. - Experience conducting media or propaganda analysis. - Ability to leverage a mix of human and machine-assisted research. Bonus points if you have: - Mandarin language proficiency (written/oral) - Proficiency in other Asia-Pacific languages (written/oral) Security Clearance: - Must have an active Secret clearance and eligible for a TS - Active TS preferred As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
