ICAM Scrum Master
The Opportunity:
As a scrum master, you're passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that's modernizing critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done.
On this team you will support an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) product delivery team following modern Agile ceremonies with sprint goals tracked in Jira and a 90% sprint-completion target. You'll apply Agile practices to support the Department of Veterans Affairs ICAM program, including prioritizing backlogs, Jira-based work management, iterative planning, and sprint execution, across every ICAM product team.
As an ICAM Scrum Master, you will facilitate sprint ceremonies, remove blockers, and help your product team, including Single Sign-On, Identity Governance and Administration, Privilege Access Management, Master Person Index, or Enterprise Workforce Directory, consistently hit its sprint-completion and roadmap-delivery commitments.

What You'll Work On:
3 Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, or retrospectives for an assigned ICAM product team, tracking Sprint Goals in Jira.
3 Drive toward the program's 90% sprint-completion target and help maintain updated, prioritized product backlogs each sprint.
3 Identify and remove delivery blockers or dependencies in coordination with the Product Owner, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
3 Support product-level Risk Register maintenance and roadmap-milestone tracking.
3 Coordinate with other ICAM Scrum Masters and the Lead Scrum Master or Agile Coach on cross-team dependencies such as PAM-to-IGA integration sprints.
3 Leverage AI intelligently to drive efficiency and quality of output.
3 Automate tasks wherever appropriate.
3 Develop and consistently use ways of working which allow Agents and automated process to affectively assist.

You Have:
3 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator in an IT or software delivery environment
3 Knowledge of Jira and Agile or Scrum ceremonies, artifacts, and metrics
3 Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
3 Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
3 Experience facilitating Agile delivery for ICAM or cybersecurity products
3 Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) in a federal environment
3 Experience using AI agents to build things, not just as chat assistants
3 Possession of excellent facilitation and stakeholder-communication skills
3 Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certification

Compensation
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
