The Opportunity:


CACI is currently seeking a Lenel OnGuard Systems Engineer with experience managing LenelS2 OnGuard Enterprise. 


The Lenel OnGuard Systems Engineer will participate in an Enterprise Physical Access Control systems engineering team responsible for engineering, configuring, monitoring, and managing a large LenelS2 OnGuard Enterprise deployment; identify, fix and provide information regarding resolution of vulnerabilities and incidents; keep abreast of new Physical Access Control technology developments and make recommendations regarding changes to current solutions; participate in requirements vetting, design and testing of applications integrating with LenelS2 OnGuard; support future Enterprise Physical Access Control initiatives and projects.  

Responsibilities:


Demonstrate subject matter expertise including:
•    Well-developed knowledge of Lenel OnGuard Enterprise architecture.
•    Experience installing and configuring LenelS2 OnGuard Enterprise.
•    Experience managing LenelS2 OnGuard Enterprise Replication.
•    Experience troubleshooting Lenel OnGuard issues.
•    Experience with Microsoft SQL Server – basic SQL queries, linked servers, operation, tuning, backup Knowledge of engineering and designing Lenel OnGuard solutions.
•    Knowledge of Windows 2022 Server and Fail-over Clustering.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work closely with other engineers and system administrators.
•    Experience creating documentation to include test plans, job aides and presentations.
•    Experience as Tier 3 customer support for distributed application role holders.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Lenel OnGuard Certified Expert.

  • At least one Microsoft Computing Environment Certification (MCP, MCTS, MCITP, MCPD, MCSA, or MCSE).

  • Ability to maintain a US Government Clearance (current active Clearance is desirable).

  • Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server 2016 or above.

  • Required travel up to 10% to support release update testing in lab at MSFC (Huntsville, AL).

Desired:

  • Lenel Data Exchange Scripting.  

  • Creating and executing server scripts via PowerShell.

  • Microsoft WinRM Configuration.

  • Experience configuring NGINX.

  • Experience with supporting application in highly integrated environment.

  • Desire to ensure the optimal service offering. 

  • Current active US Government Clearance.
