Role Overview:This role is for an experienced Architect specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a strong focus on IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) and IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing robust IAM solutions, leading client workshops, and ensuring the security, scalability, and high availability of IAM environments.
Key Responsibilities: - Design and architect IAM solutions using IBM ISIM / ISAM.
- Implement provisioning, workflows, and access entitlements.
- Integrate IAM with enterprise applications and directories.
- Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and other authentication mechanisms.
- Review existing IAM environments and recommend improvements.
- Ensure security, scalability, and high availability of IAM systems.
- Handle L3 IAM incidents and complex troubleshooting.
- Lead IAM solution design and client workshops.
- Define IAM blueprints and delivery strategies.
- Support audits, compliance, and governance activities.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide knowledge transfer.
Required Skills: - Expertise in IBM ISIM / ISAM Architecture & Operations.
- Strong understanding of IAM Design, SSO, and MFA.
- Proficiency in Provisioning, Workflows, and Access Lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Security Protocols such as SAML and OIDC.
- Experience with Infrastructure, High Availability (HA), and Clustering concepts.
- Domain expertise in Identity & Access Management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking abilities.
- Proven client engagement capabilities.
Qualifications: - 8-10+ years experience in Identity & Access Management.
- Graduate / Post-Graduate education (Preferred).
Preferred Skills: - IBM IAM / Security Certifications.
