Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Product Manager / Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), specifically SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive Agile delivery, manage complex IAM programs, and ensure successful implementation of IGA and PAM initiatives in a compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Program Management

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Manage backlog prioritization, sprint execution, and roadmap planning for IAM initiatives.
  • Track delivery using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint goals).
  • Ensure alignment across engineering, security, and business stakeholders.
IAM Program Leadership

  • Drive delivery of:
    • Identity Lifecycle Management (JML)
    • Access Certifications (Manager, Role, Entitlement reviews)
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives
  • Lead integration between IGA (SailPoint IIQ) and PAM (CyberArk) platforms.
  • Oversee automation initiatives (e.g., PowerShell-based onboarding, workflows).
  • Coordinate infrastructure readiness, environment setup, and OS upgrades.
Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Identify and resolve blockers and dependencies across teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business, engineering, infrastructure, and vendors.
  • Drive execution of migration, upgrade, and certification programs.
Compliance, Governance & Reporting

  • Ensure alignment with SOX, SOC 2, HIPAA, and internal security standards.
  • Provide leadership updates via dashboards, reports, and risk logs.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Agile retrospectives and process optimization.
Migration & Transformation

  • Lead large-scale IAM migrations (e.g., CA Identity 12 SailPoint IIQ).
  • Implement DevOps practices, including GitHub-based version control and automation.
  • Manage multi-phase migration planning, risk mitigation, and validation.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IAM, Technical Project Management, or Product Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • SailPoint IIQ (IGA)
    • CyberArk (PAM)
    • Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Proven experience in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid environments.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Backlog management
    • Dependency resolution
    • Stakeholder communication
  • Experience in compliance-driven environments (SOX, SOC 2, HIPAA).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, GitHub, PowerShell, Ansible.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large-scale IAM transformation and modernization programs.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and identity governance frameworks.
