Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop, customize, configure, and deploy Saviynt IGA solutions for enterprise customers
• Design and implement identity governance capabilities including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), Access Requests, Certification, and Role Management workflows
• Perform hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, configuration, and setup of Saviynt technical infrastructure
• Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, directories, databases, and HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, SCIM, and flat-file integrations
• Develop provisioning connectors and onboarding solutions for cloud and on-prem applications
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and customer stakeholders to define technical specifications and implementation requirements
• Build and maintain workflows, rules, scripts, and automation for continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities
• Research technical issues and provide sustainable solutions for complex IAM challenges
• Participate in architecture workshops, design reviews, and technical implementation sessions with customers and internal stakeholders
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for Saviynt implementations
• Support migration, upgrade, and enhancement activities across Saviynt environments
• Ensure implemented solutions follow security standards, compliance requirements, and IAM best practices
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions for project teams, operations teams, and customers
• Participate in project governance activities, risk tracking, issue resolution, and status reporting
• Support production operations, incident resolution, RCA activities, and BAU support processes
• Follow established SDLC, change management, and deployment processes

Salary Range: $120,000- 130,000 a year
