Role Overview:This role is for an IAM Ops Engineer focused on enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) Governance processes through automation and integration. The successful candidate will develop and maintain automation scripts, leverage AI-enabled platforms for process improvement, and build robust integrations between critical identity governance platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, and CyberArk.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Python, Tines, and AI-enabled coding tools to streamline IAM Governance processes and reduce manual workload.
- Leverage AI-enabled platforms to identify and implement opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement across the IAM program.
- Build and maintain integrations between identity governance platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, and CyberArk, utilizing scripting and automation to support provisioning, access reviews, and privileged access management workflows.
- Handle operational issues and drive key improvements to enhance the efficiency and scalability of IAM Governance functions.
- Conduct analyses of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of new information security technologies.
- Identify and implement emerging data access control technologies, information systems security issues, safeguards, and techniques.
- Lead the identification of portions of the organization's IT platform/infrastructure with the highest potential return for automation and process improvement.
Required Skills:- Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Tines, or AI-enabled coding tools.
- Experience with enterprise identity platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or CyberArk.
- Proficiency in Cyber Security - IAM Professional Services.
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing Security and Network Security.
- Skills in Automation Scripting, CyberArk, Cybersecurity, PowerShell, Python, SQL, and Tines.
Qualifications:- 6-8 years of experience in a related field.
