What you'll own
Own the 3-year authentication and UX roadmap that reduces friction and risk while improving conversion and productivity; define outcomes, OKRs, and investment theses tied to revenue enablement and cost savings.
Build ROI models capturing conversion lift at login/checkout, reduced help desk and ATO losses, shorter partner/employee onboarding, and developer productivity via reusable patterns/SDKs.
Map end-to-end identity journeys for key personas and embed them into strategy and backlog.
Define and run an Authentication Experience Council with cross-functional stakeholders (Security, Platform, Product Lines, Support, Merchant Success, HR/IT) to set standards, prioritize improvements, and track adoption.
Lead product backlogs, write epics/user stories, define acceptance criteria, and drive iterative releases with measurable deltas in conversion, latency, onboarding time, and support volumes.
Champion developer experience: provide SDKs, auth templates, migration runbooks, and CI/CD examples to accelerate adoption and reduce integration errors.
What you'll bring
