***This role is contingent upon award***About the Role:As a Data Analyst supporting our Federal government client, you will be trusted to support data analysis, visualization, and reporting efforts that enable data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on transforming structured and unstructured data into meaningful insights while supporting enterprise analytics tools, dashboards, and data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):- Support data administration efforts by collecting, restructuring, cleaning, transforming, and validating datasets used for analytics and AI-enabled systems
- Maintain and enhance data pipelines that prepare curated datasets for integration into enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI platforms
- Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or similar tools to support operational awareness and decision-making
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and data quality issues that impact analytics and AI efficiency
- Support scripting, automation, or workflow development that improves data preparation, integration, and reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with senior analysts and technical teams to support AI-enabled analytics by ensuring data readiness, consistency, and usability
- Translate analytical findings into clear summaries, dashboards, and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support documentation of data sources, data definitions, and analytical processes to promote reuse and scalability
- Ensure data products meet federal standards for data quality, accuracy, governance, and compliance

Location:You will work as part of a remote team; however, you may be required to attend occasional meetings at headquarters located in: Washington, DC; Reston, VA; Arlington, VA or Boulder, CO.
Required Experience/Skills: - Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience supporting data administration, analytics, or business intelligence efforts, preferably in a federal or consulting environment
- Hands-on experience working with data pipelines, data transformation, or reporting workflows
- Experience developing dashboards or reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for data preparation and analysis
- Strong attention to data quality, structure, and documentation
- Ability to communicate analytical outputs clearly in writing and presentations
- US citizenship and the ability to pass a public trust clearance or suitability
Preferred Experience/Skills:- Experience supporting enterprise dashboards or reporting environments
- Familiarity with geospatial data or GIS tools
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or advanced analytics techniques

Salary:Approximate Salary Estimate: $110,000 - $140,000 annually
