Full Job Description
As a Project Manager, you'll be the central point of contact between all project stakeholders-sponsors, managers, contributors, and external partners. You'll lead the delivery of projects by coordinating resources, processes, and business objectives across BRP's business sectors and external collaborators.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Ensure projects are executed in alignment with organizational and business unit strategies.
  • Develop and refine project plans and resource allocations.
  • Manage contribution requests and resource assignments.
  • Deliver standard PMO deliverables.
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery: scope, timeline, budget, risks, quality, and more.
  • Present project updates to sponsors and steering committees.
  • Lead phase transitions and operational handovers.
  • Apply project management methodologies and ensure compliance with established processes.
  • Supervise project contributors and approve timesheets.
  • Make informed decisions in collaboration with key team members and stakeholders.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of project management experience.
  • Recognized project management certification (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.) is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of business, functional, and corporate processes.
  • Experience working in matrixed environments.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or who are English-speaking on a daily basis (French/English).
