Job DescriptionAs an I&E Technician here at Solstice, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain instrumentation & electrical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise will enhance productivity and support high-quality product delivery. You will report directly to our Instrument & Electrical Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Geismar, LA location on an On-Site work schedule.
Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for maintenance, trouble-shooting and repair of all instrument and electrical equipment in the plant.
- Duties also include completion of all regulatory PM's in accordance with plant procedures.
- Also be a contributor to continuous improvement ideas within the I/E department.
- SAP knowledge would be a plus.
- Good communication skills required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks as well as being able to work well with other departments within the plant site as required.
- PLC and VFD experience would be valuable.
- Combustion chamber trouble-shooting a plus as well.

QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE - Strong technical knowledge of instrument & electrical components and systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair instrument & electrical equipment effectively.
WE VALUE - 3-5 Years of I&E Maintenance Experience or similar type experience.
- Associate degree in a related field.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
COMPENSATIONThe annual base pay range for this position is $44.88 per hour. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
