The I/E Maintenance Planner is responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing maintenance work orders for all instrumentation and electrical systems, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards such as PSM, OSHA, and NEC. This role requires effective collaboration with various teams and vendors, active participation in continuous improvement initiatives, and a balance of office and field work, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
We count on you for:- Review, prioritize and plan maintenance work orders for instrumentation and electrical systems.
- Develop detailed job plans, including scope, resources, materials, tools, and safety protocols
- Identify and requisition necessary materials, spare parts and tools
- Assist in maintaining/updating maintenance procedures, job plans, technical documentation
- Assist in maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors as required
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with processes, equipment, or reliability
- Support audits and provide data as required
- Communicate job status, delays and issues promptly
- Complete purchasing activities via approved vendors using SAP, intranet services, or contracted catalog vendors
- Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to instrumentation and electrical maintenance

You will bring:- 5+ years plant maintenance experience in instrumentation/electrical field or an Associate degree in Instrumentation and/or Electrical discipline
- SAP PF2 experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC's, Emerson, Delta V Live systems and electrical construction is desired but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Self-directed, motivated team player with strong communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety

- The U.S. annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: $90,000-110,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, such as skills, experience, qualifications, etc. and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
