Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of global supply chain solutions for third-party hardware. This role is responsible for planning and ensuring the seamless movement of equipment from suppliers through warehousing, customs clearance, and final delivery to customers based on monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.

As a key part of the sales, solution, procurement, and operations phase, you will play a critical role during pre-sales engagements by designing scalable and compliant logistics and supply chain models that support customer requirements. You will evaluate sourcing and fulfillment options, determine ownership and title-transfer strategies, and ensure logistics processes are established to support successful customer deployments.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, realistic outlook with operational excellence and has extensive experience managing third-party hardware flows throughout North and South America. This individual will possess expertise in SAP processes, international logistics, customs regulations, procurement practices, and warehouse operations.

What you will do

  • Translate customer requirements into scalable supply chain solutions in concert with the pre-sales team
  • Develop end-to-end hardware fulfillment strategies, including purchasing, title transfer, warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and final delivery.
  • Reuse these solutions across customers and providers to gain cost synergies
  • Manage optimal inventory levels based on business forecast.
  • Establish and document logistics processes, ensuring accurate transaction flows, inventory visibility, and reporting.
  • Understand framework and ordering catalog for OEMs.
  • Lead coordination among suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse partners, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, trade requirements, and customs processes.
  • Identify risks related to transportation, customs, inventory, and supplier performance, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase supply chain efficiency, visibility, and customer satisfaction.


The skills you bring

  • 7+ years of solutioning and managing third-party hardware and complex supply chain operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field
  • Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end hardware fulfillment solutions.
  • Knowledge of alternate procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes.
  • Solid understanding of SAP logistics, procurement, inventory, and supply chain modules.
  • Strong understanding of equipment ownership models, title transfer requirements, and associated financial and operational implications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with customers, sales teams, and executive leadership.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions of 4%. Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
