dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team in a unique hybrid role combining
in-clinic outpatient therapy with remote, school-based services.This position is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with pediatric clients in different environments and values the flexibility of a hybrid schedule while maintaining meaningful connections with their patients and families.

- Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid
Schedule: 4-5 days per week
- Wednesdays & Fridays: In-clinic therapy at our Colorado Springs location
- 2-3 additional days: Remote, home-based therapy supporting school-based contracts
Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Compensation: $70,000-$104,000 annually (to be confirmed based on the hybrid structure)
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for Full-time
- Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
What You'll DoAs a Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy to pediatric clients through both outpatient clinic services and remote, school-based programming.
In-Clinic Responsibilities (Wednesdays & Fridays):- Provide in-person speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, supportive, and family-centered clinic environment.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify communication and related needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique goals and abilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and track client progress.
Remote School-Based Responsibilities (2-3 Days per Week):- Deliver virtual, home-based speech and language therapy to school-age children through school-based contracts.
- Provide evidence-based interventions addressing speech, language, communication, and related developmental needs.
- Collaborate with school personnel, families, and other professionals to support student success.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and applicable educational goals.
- Complete evaluations, progress reports, and required documentation in accordance with school and company standards.
- Follow school district calendars and schedules as applicable to assigned contracts.

Requirements- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid DORA license
- Valid CDE license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's)
- Completed PRAXIS
- Willingness to work with clients across various age groups and diagnoses
- Availability to work after school hours
- 1+ years of experience as an SLP
